Next time you come to church, visit the information desk to pick up a membership form, fill it out and return it to the information desk. Also you can simply fill out the membership form information on this page and submit it.

In just a short time, you will receive information about the church along with a welcome letter. Our church is growing every day and we would be honored to have you become a part of what God is building here at Life Changers Church
